Refections Guided Tours at Wilderness in the Garden Route

Reflections Eco-reserve is a family owned and run nature reserve based on Rondevlei. We have an active land rehabilitation programme in place and have so far cleared 26 hectares of alien vegetation. The indigenous vegetation is already thriving and each new season produces new plant highlights and furthers our goal of greater plant diversity.

Contact Terence on 076 727 9333Wilderness is a village in heart of the Garden Route, which is a coastal area of great scenic beauty with a great natural history interest. The Cape's renowned biodiversity is evident here, with several varied habitats within close proximity of each other. Forests, scrub, and fynbos vegetation types exist among geographical features that keep the outdoor enthusiast occupied. Steep mountains harbour forest and stunning floral variation, while the lower slopes have deep forest, diverse fynbos and cool plantations. Dunes and an interesting coastline with coastal lakes and estuaries add further aspects of interest.
